Country Oasis Real Estate Corporation’s (CORECORP) new residential development is located on the east side of the Village of Bethune View Map. The Village is located on the intersection of the Louis Riel Trail (Highway #11) and Highway 354 between the Arm River and Qu’Appelle Valleys. CORECORP has two building restrictions, 1) no mobile homes and; 2)  homes must be at least 1,300sq ft (for a bungalow) and sit on a full basement (concrete or wood). Up to 300 sq ft of the 1,300 sq ft can be comprised of a garage. For example a 1,000 sq ft home with an attached 24X24 (576 sq ft) garage would meet the 1,300 sq ft requirement.

CORECORP allows Ready to Move (RTM) Homes and homes built on site. True modular homes and existing homes to be re-located will be reviewed and considered on an individual basis.
